1. Can I get any samples? Do you pay for the postage?
Generally we offer free sample swatches or inventory/available sample yardages 1~2Meters for free. Normally you need to pay for the postage before any order placed with us. .
2. What is your MOQ? Can we order less than MOQ?
MOQ is depends on fabric type and dying methods, and usually our MOQ is 1000~2000 Meters per color for Solid Dyed, and 2000 Meters per colorway for normal printed fabrics. If less than required MOQ, we could still help to produce with some surcharges.
3. How to start order?
You send us your original qualities, or advise us as detailed requirements as possible of the fabrics you needed, such as composition, weight/specification, dyeing method needed, if any special finishing, usage and so on. Then we offer you price based on analyzation of your original quality, or the information been given, and send you counter samples for approval.
4. What is your payment terms?
Normally we accept sight L/C, T/T30%Deposit, Western Union, D/P.
5. Can you make our own colors and designs?
Yes, besides choosing among our own developments, we also glad to produce bulks according to your color standards and designs, and we respect your copyrights of any of your own designs.
6. How about your delivery time?
In general, it takes about 20-25 days after labdips approved for solid dyed series, about 30~35days after strike offs approved for normal printings, and 40~45days for yarn dyed series. After bulk ready, we would send you shipping samples for approval. Delivery time also depends on how soon you approve the bulk shipping samples.
